Full Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Conversion Manager (Student Recruitment) to create, deliver and report on the effectiveness of an outstanding portfolio of student recruitment activities to convert offer holders for Henley Business School's postgraduate programme to acceptances and enrolments.

You will be directly responsible for assisting the Conversion Manager to deliver Henley's regular programme of student telephone calling campaigns, along with other events involving student ambassadors, as well as co-ordinating student-created content published on the Business School's Unibuddy platform.

Following an internal promotion, Henley Business School has an opportunity for a positive, proactive self-starter to join its postgraduate student recruitment and conversion team based at the University of Reading's Whiteknights campus in Reading., This is an ideal entry role for a recent marketing or business graduate, perhaps with experience as a student ambassador or as an international student.

You will have:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines under pressure.

  • Highly motivated, organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail

  • Good communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience of providing a high-quality service and achieving targets

  • Experience of postgraduate study as an international student or student ambassador would be an advantage but is not essential.
