The Learning Content team design and develop a range of off-the-shelf digital, blended, and classroom training (virtual and face to face) courses, as well as bespoke design and delivery of learning programmes. We work with a wide client base across all sectors and we are looking for a Manager to join us.

What will you be doing?

The purpose of this role is to support the winning and delivery of client learning (digital, blended, and virtual). They will manage client engagements and asset builds for the creation and deployment of learning programmes using Learning Designers, Learning Developers and SME's for delivery of programmes, including facilitation.

The successful individual will also play a part in the management of the Learning Content team. Working with the management team to build capability and capacity across the team in London, Leeds, Gurgaon and Bangalore.

Our work in Learning Content is incredibly varied and you will be asked to apply your skills and expertise to different types of learning projects, often with large scale clients. While the role is primarily focussed on Learning Content projects, the Delivery Manager will play a broader role across Connected Learning.

On a day to day basis your work is likely to cover the following:

· Contribute to Learning Content and Connected Learning business development, including scoping solutions, opportunities and creating proposals.

· Managing Learning Content and Connected Learning related projects and workstreams directly with clients and working together with other KPMG teams

· Act as a subject matter expert in advising clients on learning solutions to meet their outcomes and maximise benefits while reducing risks.

· Delivery of high-quality client project work, working closely with colleagues from other services areas of Connected Technology, Connected Learning and across Consulting

· Stakeholder engagement and management of internal and external clients, escalation of risks and issues via appropriate channels

· Commercial management of projects from opportunity stage, including market pricing and CPTs; and ongoing project financial management through to project completion

· Engagement and risk management

· Product Ownership of Learning assets; from investment case through to asset retirement. Working closely with business sponsors to drive ROI on Learning assets

· Working with the management team to build capability and capacity across the team, We are open to talk to Corporate Services Transformation Assistant Managers in the London and Leeds area as this is where the team is based.

· Credibility and confidence in building new relationships as well as being able to demonstrate influence with senior stakeholders (internal and external) leading to business decisions. Ability to use those networks to develop new opportunities.

· A depth of experience of the Learning industry and current client offerings external to KPMG, and their value in the marketplace.

· A commercial acumen evidenced by an ability to identify and qualify business opportunities and lead effective engagements in relation to risk, financial and engagement management procedures and performance.

· Ease in completing business development activities including bid, proposal and contract/commercial creation.

· Significant training and awareness programme delivery expertise and experience in digital transformation and change projects.

· Experience of managing competing agendas/priorities and establish achievable programmes/projects.

· Demonstrates a tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to flex delivery style to meet various needs.

· Comfort in managing and mentoring a team of KPMG professionals on asset builds and client engagements.

· A responsibility for the growth of the team, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of capability across the team and individual team members.
