Full Job Description

We are looking for a Client Liaison Manager, reporting into our Head of Wealth Planning Operations, who will be responsible for the leadership, operational management and performance of the Kingswood Client Liaison North team.

You need to be proficient at problem solving and decision making and have the ability to adjust to challenges and pressures in the day to day business. You will have involvement and input into Wealth Planning Operations strategic planning process ensuring the operations function is appropriately future-focused.

Leading, directing, setting, monitoring and reviewing individual's performance against daily targets and ensuing that a high standard of customer service is maintained.

The ability to lead multi-disciplined teams is essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and developing our teams while embedding and driving a performance management customer based on our behaviours framework.

You will be joining a well renowned business of Wealth managers, with the majority of work being conducted from one of our well-situated offices.
