Class 1 C+E Day Driver

Freightforce Distribution Ltd are looking to recruit a C + E Driver from our Great Yarmouth depot. You would be required to complete palletised freight deliveries throughout the NR postcode area. Swapping trailers, opening/closing curtains and securing loads are a frequent part of the job role so experience in strapping is necessary. You will be required to do daily walk around checks and ensuring the vehicle remains clean & tidy. You will be the face of the business, interacting with clientele on a daily basis so good attitude and communication are very important.

You will be working Monday to Friday between 50-60 hours per week.
Although experience is preferred all drivers are welcome to apply.
Good local knowledge an advantage due to nature of the job.
£13.00 per hour + weekend enhanced rate of £18.00 per hour with bonuses available from £37.50 to £52.50 per week for efficient driving techniques.
Forklift licence is an advantage and paid an additional £50.00 per week.
Yearly no accident bonus is available and paid at £500.00 per year lump sum.

Referral fee of £100.00 is available if you successfully introduce a driver who becomes employed at the workplace.
This is a weekly paid position which requires working a week in hand.

28 days holiday paid per year (Includes Bank Holidays) with additional days accrued based on time with the business.

Weekly, Monthly reviews are initially conducted to ensure success and happiness in the work place
