What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 22 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00 on Weekends Only
- Engaging the residents with meaningful activities
- Assisting with meals
- Supporting our residents to engage with their friends and families
- Personal care
- Any other duties delegated
- We work together as a team and treat eachother with dignity and respect.
- We care for residents with dignity, respect, empathy and understanding.
- You will need good communication skills and be able to input data onto a pod (phone/pad)
- All training and support provided
