Full Job Description

To provide Administration Support to Fitting or Customer Service Department within our Contract Flooring business. A good understanding of our products would be desirable. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

This is a fast-paced environment, you must be quick thinking and highly motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure. The industry is changing daily, so you will need to welcome new challenges and be willing to learn new skills.,

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Computer literate essential

  • Must possess strong organisation and communication skills.

  • Must have good attention to detail

  • Must be proactive and able to confidentially work independently, as well as being a positive team player

  • Knowledge of flooring products, desirable but not essential

  • Previous experience of working within New Build Sector, desirable but not essential
