  • Catering Equipment: We provide a range of high-quality catering equipment, including refrigeration equipment, beverage dispensers, and food warmers, to support efficient food service at any event., As an Administrative Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales office. You will assist in various tasks ranging from answering phones, managing files, and performing basic filing duties to supporting our team with general administrative tasks. Additionally, you will play a key role inputting quotes/orders onto our system accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring that all office operations run efficiently.,
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Greet and assist visitors to the depot, ensuring a positive experience

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and emailing

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Inputting quotes/sales orders onto the system accurately and in a timely manner

  • Provide support for data entry and invoice processing

  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Other duties as assigned to support the office and team

  • Liaise with the warehouse team to assist coordination of shipments to ensure smooth order fulfilment process

    Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant advantageous but not essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with data entry and using electronic systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary would be advantageous., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

    Salary up to £25k dependant on experience

  • Company pension

  • Paid time off 20 days holiday/yr + Bank holidays

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
