Full Job Description

  • Checking purchase invoices against orders and processing them on the company's CRM System

  • Preparing payment runs with the Finance Manager

  • Reconcile suppliers statements to purchase ledger Investigate and resolving invoice and payment queries

  • Reconciliation of transactions

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Liaise internally with Sales and Operations team to update and resolve any issues

  • Liaise with the Finance Manager to identify problem accounts and where necessary assist in processing

  • Answering multi-line switch board

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information both internally and externally

  • Maintain professionalism at all times acting in the best interests of the company/Directors at all times

    Hull College will deliver the Apprenticehship Standard Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2. Training delivery to be confirmed.

    Specialists in the Design and Manufacture of high quality Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Systems for the Onshore and Offshore Petrochemical Industries and other similar industries.
